Piaggesi Simone

Simone Piaggesi is a Post-Doctoral fellow at the Computer Science Department of the University of Pisa. His main research interests comprise exploring the many intersections between machine learning and socio-technical systems. Currently, he is focusing on explainability of learning models related to latent spaces and complex networks. In 2023, he earned the Doctoral degree in Data Science and Computation from the University of Bologna. During the PhD, he collaborated with the ISI Foundation in Turin, conducting research in the area of complex systems sciences. Previously, he obtained the Bachelor's degree in Physics in 2014 and the Master's degree in Physics of Complex Systems in 2017, both from the University of Turin.
