Development of techniques for the advanced and intelligent access to information contained in the Electronic Health File.
The Electronic Health File has the potential to record a large amount of heterogeneous data on the significant activities and events in the history of health problems of the National Health System. The implementation of this system will result in a proliferation, in a very short time, of this information, enabling possible new services. These new services, however, can be provided only having methods for extracting pieces of knowledge, useful to describe both the individual citizen/patient and subgroups population of interest.
The main purpose of this activity is the study and the development of new advanced techniques for easy and intelligent access to information contained in the EHF, able to filter, enrich semantically and customize this information on the person (citizens, sick) and on the industry health.
